Saw that some patterns have difficulty levels allocated to them, but not all. Out of curiosity: how are these determined, and who sets them?

Patter difficulties are no longer added because they are difficult to determine and would also be a lot of work. They used to be added by the moderators but that's a long time ago so I don't know how it was done.

@halokiwi Ahhhh... I see. Would have been interesting if polls were run on them. hehe. But oh well.
