Go to the pattern you want to add a picture of. On the website there's a button titled "add a photo". On the app it's a plus sign. Select the picture you want to upload and submit it. Before the picture gets posted it will first need to be reviewed by one of the moderators to make sure it is posted to the correct pattern and follows the guidelines.
