Hello, all! First post on the forums. Just recently got into tying bracelets, and this site is a godsend! 😄I'm having some trouble adding photos, though… I took a photo of my first finished bracelet and submitted it, and got a notification saying it was declined with the comment: "Can you please rotate the photo." I was a little confused because the photo looked fine to me, but I rotated it anyway and submitted it, and got a second notification saying it was declined with the same comment: "Can you please rotate the photo." I'm just wondering if there are any photo standards I need to be aware of? Aspect ratios, compositions, the sort of things I might need to know to help get my photos accepted. Thank you so much for your help! |

Go to the forum topics, then hit site and app then hit photo requirements? Hope that helps! 😊 😊

Perhaps your bracelet is upside down and you need to change how the bracelet sits rather than your camera. I've had some photo problems, too, so you aren't alone! Also, if you go to the bottom of the page and press contact, which is in the corner, sort of, you can contact an administrator and they can answer any questions! I've done that before.
