What does top string colors doesn't match the bottom ones mean and how do I fix it?

I believe you are talking about once you have completed one go through of the pattern?

If this is the case, the colors aren’t supposed to match up. Do you have a pattern number? Most patterns won’t match colors after every repeat. Typically this is so the actual pattern of the bracelet works out.
