Hello! I just tried to search for a tutorial on it, but couldn't find one. 🙁 I think a good idea would be to end it how you would end a bookmark. I think it would look really nice! 😊 I hope this helps.

i usually just cut the base strings about 1 cm short and glue the base string to the last base string so it doesn’t come undone

You can end bookmarks just like you would end bracelets, with braided ties or twisted ties. I also know some people gather all the strings together and make a little tassel-like ending that’s super cute. There should be a tutorial somewhere!

Try doing a triangle end. I haven't found a tutorial for bookmark endings but this is a good video that has endings for keychains and the same applies for bookmarks.

I usually just gather the strings in two different sections and tie them off into tassels on both the top and bottom, but make sure that if you do this you make the bookmark long enough so that the knots on the tassels won't end up in between the pages of the book.

I have done the ending Kinsey B. does in her keychain video, and I really like how it turned out. I also have paired up my base strings in twos and done a normal (not f, b, fb, or bf) knots on each of the two strings. (Look at past bookmark pics I've posted for more clarification). Hope this helps! 😄 |

I usually separate the strings into about 5 and then tie them and cut them so they are like little tassels!

Hey! I have only made normal patterns into bookmarks, but what I usually do is make triangle ends. Either that be two triangles, or more depending on the shape of the main pattern, and a way to end it with a clean triangle. I hope this helps 🙂 |
