I don’t really travel with my supplies but the box is pretty slim so it can fit in a backpack pretty easily. What kind of bag are you planning on putting your supplies in? And thanks for the follow 😊

The box should fit then. You can also bring a pencil box to hold scissors, tape, key rings, and other miscellaneous stuff for your bracelets.

i just use bobbins and a case! For alphas i leave the string in the bobbins but for normals i cut off the exact length i need! it keeps it nice and organized!

I use bobbins and a case like the others said. I also cut out the color number (if it has one) and put a layer of packing tape over the top of it (the side that has numbers). Then, I use double sided tape and put it on the back of the numbers to stick it on the bobbin. It's really useful, but takes sometime. For traveling, I don't suggest using the case because it's really big and you probably don't need all the string. I use a pouch and put in the bracelets that I'm working on, my safety pin (for untying knots), and anything else that's small that I need. I usually bring my clipboard in my back pack.

just like everyone else said i use bobbins (you can buy big packs on amazon) i also have a container with 17 dividers in it. i can fit about 5-7 bobbins in a divider depending on how full the bobbin is. i buy most of my thread from DMC so i like to write the color code number on the bobbin in case i need more of that color. also be careful when winding the thread because it gets tangled very easily.

@ag_knots I use the same case as @Jdog12525 from Michaels I have 3 of those box’s to hold all of my thread😂 I bring 1 sometimes 2 of the box’s with me when I travel just to give me something to do. They fit in a backpack or you can just leave them loose. Another thing you can do when you travel is, if you are only going on a short trip and only need to make one or two you can put the bobbins on a big key ring to hold them for traveling. I hope this helped. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Have a good day😁

honestly i know that alot of people just gon ignore this but anyone reading PLEASE read this.

i know we all want to buy those fancy cute box things but we all know about the plastic and seas. It would be amazing if u could use old boxes instead of throwing them out. all my boxes for threads are recyled , u can find videos on yt on how to make organizers. im not saying that you have to do this! but it would be amazing if you could try doing this <3

examples:

- fruit boxes (plastic)
- cereal boxes for bobbins
-chocolate boxes( the circular big ones) for least favourite threads ( paint the box! to make it pretty 😂✨)

This is for traveling, probably not long trips though (I don't really have any organisation except that it's in a box 😜): I take a normal sandwich bag and that is where I put all my colors I need for that pattern, the pattern, my scissors, tape, pencil to mark where I am in the pattern, and anything else I might need. Ex. keychain, dowel, ect. I just bring that bag and my clipboard, and I'm all set to go! 😄
Hope this helps!!
