i do contortion, and find that doing extra back stretches helps the pain. id suggest seal stretch as far as you can go, cat cows, and a bridge (rocking back and fourth or walking your hands closer towards your feet increases the stretch), and that thing where you do a pigeon pose (or a right/left split) and bend you back leg at a 90 degree angle and lean back to grab your foot with your hands.

i would recommend just putting your chair a little lower so u don't have to bend alot. also, putting alarms in ur phone to make sure u are taking breaks will help!

I recommend getting up and streching after a certain amount of rows for me, I can do 8 rows then stretch and you repeat that until you don't want to work on your bracelet anymore

A great way I use is using a clipboard if you just tape your bracelet on your desk. Its more comfortable and portable!
