Hi! I get this to, its probably the way your sitting. If you sit at a desk and do them try not to slouch when making them try to keep your back up and straight when you are doing it you can be more comfortable. another way to keep you from getting neck problems is to stretch it out a bit in between doing the pattern.

Try getting up every 30 minutes and working on your posture in between. Good luck!!!!

Sitting in a shorter chair might also help, because you wouldn’t need to bend over as far.

I have the same problem, just make sure you are taking breaks and stretching!

Like some others have said, take breaks!!! I take at least a five minute break per 25 minutes of knotting

I would reccomend to take some breaks for about 5 minutes and if there is still a problem, go outside and get some fresh air 🙂 it could also be a problem with the position you are sitting in, if your slouching then maybe put some pillows on the back of your chair and try to sit straight. :] I hope this helps ❤️ ❤️

Try taping your bracelet to a table by and window and looking outside

That way it forces you not to look down a ton

Try getting a pillow or leaning against something that happens to me too and I already have back pain from sports so it bothers me a lot too💗💗

Maybe lean against a wall or pillow.

I like to use a rolly-chair (is that how you spell it? A chair with wheels that roll) when Im knotting, because usually you can adjust the height so if your back starts hurting or you made a mistake and you can tell from where you are sitting, you can just lower your seat down a bit. I hope this helps!

I just take a break and stretch. When your body starts hurting I think thats a sign to "get up". ❤️

I sit on my bed and put a pillow behind my lower back and then lean against the wall. I hold my clipboard between my knees and knot from there. That way I'm still kind of curled around the clipboard and can see well, but I have support for my back and neck, and I'm not actively using my neck muscles to hold myself up.

I suggest having a neck pillow or knotting somewhere that you can lay down. I do neck stretches every fifteen minutes. Just roll your head around and take breaks when your body needs it! 😊
