hey! i'm looking to buy something like https://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/dmc-white-pearl-cotton-thread-on-a-ball-120m-blanc/640422-1015 from hobbycraft for making alpha bracelets (mostly for the base strings) but i'm not sure what size to buy it in. can anybody help? thank you!!

I could be wrong, but I think size 5 is closest to embroidery floss. The higher the number, the thinner it is. The lower the number, the thicker it is.

Most people use size five! I use size 5 and it works really well.
