I signed up several months ago. had no problems, but now cannot access my account. I tried "forgot my password" but it won't let me in - says my email already exists.

Hello, I tried the reset password page just now and it seems like it works for me. All you need to do is opening up 'reset password', enter your email address, and then follow the instructions you receive via email. It's as easy as clicking a link, creating a new password, and as soon as you hit the submit button, you should already be logged in to the site, and have your password changed. Hope this helps you 🙂
