Those little numbers are rewards! The main way users get them is by participating in official challenges, but you can also get them by reporting duplicate patterns

So if you click on the forum button and scroll all the way down there’s a category that says challenges. Click on that and scroll down until you see one that has little stars and says *OFFICIAL*.

official challenges are challenges that are made my our moderators. Anyone can participate in them. There are specific patterns in those challenges and you have to make at least one of them to complete the challenge. What i understand is that the more bracelets you made in that challenge the more numbers will show up next to your profile. For example, you make 4 bracelets for a challenge, you will have the number 4 next to your profile.
