Sometimes when I've just cut my nails I pull the string with the skin of my thumb and I wouldn't say it hurts but it's uncomfortable, but when my nails grow I pull the strings with my nail instead and it feels much better. Also, like some people said, doing the knots a bit looser can help 🙂

Yes, when I pull on my strings too hard after a while my skin starts to come off on the side of my middle finger because that is the finger I put the tension on. Usually, if it starts hurting really bad when I knot the strings I usually put tape or a bandage on it.

That happens to me and I just take like a day off from knotting then my finger feels better. You can probably put like a band aid or so,e

If your fingers hurt when your unknotting a knot use a needle it doesn't hurt and it actually makes it a lot easier 👍

Hii!! I used to have this issue a lot 😂 - When making bracelets if your hands are hurting it might be because you are tying them too tight like I was. I would try to practice and make sure that your knots are a good consistent!!! I haven't looked at any of your photos, but just make sure they aren't too loose or too tight 🙂

I usually put tape on my fingers if they start to get chaffed. It helps quite a bit! 😊
