So I have a question about what way the bracelets should be in photos. I keep getting my pictures denied because the bracelet needs to be turned in another direction. Yet all the photo I see are not in one specific direction. Also when I go to upload a photo from my album it will not let me,why is this? You give the option in the app but then when it directs me to my albums I can’t select anything.

hi, it is simple, pattern on photo should be in same direction like pattern 🙂

I have the same uploading photos. In the app I can’t do it on my iPhone, but I can do it via the webpage, so I just add them that way
