Maybe tie the knots a little tighter

the tightness and looseness of your knots will do that. make sure you use the same amount of tightness for all your knots bc you might get some bubbles in it as well

Thanks I was told that I should try to make them a little loose so I was trying really hard to make them loose because normally I tie pretty tight.

Try to scrunch up your knots when you are done.

it probably has a lot to do with the knots being too loose and there being too much space in between each row. you might want to try varying the knots in a bracelet, just for practice, so you can figure out which you like best. if your knots are looser and you like it, but your bracelet is still stretched out, then you can use your nail or a ruler to push the rows closer together c:

I use a ruler to straighten up each row before I move on to the next so all of the knots are the same tightness and all in the right place and I found it to be really helpful when also wanting to keep your alphas flat.

Definitely make sure you are not knotting to loose. Also don't knot too tight because it might make your bracelet warp or become stiff.
