when i cut my string it’s all even but when i start my bracelet some of the strings become shorter and it’s hard for me to finish it. how do i prevent this?

How do you start your bracelets out? Ex. looped, one braid/two braids. That can make a difference. Also it can depend on how many strings and what kind of style/pattern you're doing it.

i usually loop it or just tie the strings but i think it might have to do with the pattern

i think it might be because in some patterns you use one color more than the other
