Hi I need help. For the info part of signing in why does my B-DAY always say this? "Enter a valid date". PLEASE tell me how to enter my b-day properly. 🤔

I personally haven’t tried putting my birthday in before for personal reasons but I know some people have had trouble submitting it, maybe try changing up the way the day and months are ordered.

what you put is the year you were born, the month and the day. for example 2007-9-16. thats not my b day btw.

i didnt want to put my b day cuz its private info, but it doesn't show the birthday you enter it just does the math and shows how old you are. so i did

Thanks guys but I just realized you dont have to put in your birthday. I am born in 09 so maybe it does not work cause I am to young 🤔

The birthday should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY, is that what you were doing (not just the order but also the amount of digits)?

Have you tried using forward slashes instead of backward slashes?
