so i just did my first alpha ever #77692 and all of the yellows that are one knot away from the edge are like peeking through if that makes any sense. i tried to put that string behind and pulling it tighter but nothing worked. how do i hide them in the future? is there a way to add a pic to this to show you guys?

When you have a color switch on the edge, do not put the old string under the new string (if that makes sense). When you switch your color on the edge, switch it like you would if your were not doing the flat alpha technic. Let me know you are still confused 🙂 If you want to show us what you are talking about, set the picture as your profile picture.

I suggest not to use the color switch technique when one knot away from the edge. When you do it, I think you should do a normal lot without the other color going in halfway through if that makes sense 😅

Hey! I saw one of your photos and I know what the problem is! When you are doing the flat alpha technique and you have to color switch right at the edge, you just need to do a regular color switch because since you put the previous leading string over the new one, it will show if you do it at the edge.
