Hello!

I just started this pattern: https://www.braceletbook.com/patterns/alpha/4375/ (yes I love cookies ❤️ ❤️)
However, I have trouble understanding how to read it - and it's a level 2 difficulty 😭
I have 16 white main strings. I then started doing forward knots with my background-color. However, I have a hard time when I start switching in between my background-color and my typo color. Am I supposed to just carry my color under the pattern and bring it back to the top when I have to do a new knot with it? I have a feeling it's not how it suppose to be...
I am new at reading patterns. I was able to do basic ones... But for some reason, this one is harder for me to understand...

Could someone help me with this? 😇
Are there tutorials to understand how to read this kind of pattern?

Thank you for your support!

Well, it is an alpha pattern, so it's pretty different from Normal patterns. I'll recommend look at Masha knots video about how to make an alpha pattern 🙂
