It says I didn't accept the terms and conditions but I thought I did so I don't know

Your pattern needs to be reviewed before it can be uploaded on the site. This usually takes less than 24 hours, but you shouldn’t expect it to happen immediately. If you mean that you can’t press the submit button though maybe just make sure that you put in at least 4 keywords and you checked the terms and conditions button.

When you open the pattern, scroll down to where you entered the keywords, underneath that you should see 'Review Notes', look directly underneath that and you will see 'Share rights', if you agree then just tick the box, and then submit the pattern (if everything else is good to go). You'll have to wait for a moderator to review and accept it before you see it on the site though. 🙂
