How to match colors.

I currently use DMC and string with the same palette as DMC thread and I am having trouble matching the color of each pattern to the thread numbers. Help? I wanna do life-like eye if you have seen it and I do not know how to color match from my screen to my thread-

Unfortunately, I don't think you can, but also keep in mind that you do not have to use the same colors in the pattern for it to be accepted. I would just go with close colors and not obsess about making them look the same as the pattern. Just make sure the ones you use go well together.
