Hi! I just added a pattern, but they do not accept my photo of it.. is it because it is my own pattern?

I don’t think so, it might be because of your picture looks “not-finished” or something else.

That wouldn't be the reason, many people submit photo's of their own patterns. You should double check your notification that says your photo was declined, because the reason as to why it was declined should be attached to that. Usually the reason is something like the picture is blurry, etc... Once you fixed whatever the problem was though, you can re-submit it. 🙂

Hmm thank you! I haven’t had a notification that it is declined. But I’ll try again!

How long ago did you post it? Sometimes pictures take a longer time to get accepted ✌🏻

all photos need to be reviewed by a moderator before they can be uploaded to the site. after your photo is reviewed, you’ll get a notification saying that your photo was accepted or declined. if your photo is declined, there should be a message included in the notification saying why your photo was declined. you can resubmit your photo after you follow the suggestions mentioned in the decline message. your photo would not be declined just because it was posted to your own pattern. if you haven’t received a notification yet, it most likely means your photo hasn’t been reviewed yet. these days the review time for photos take less than 24 hours; if your photo is not reviewed within the next 24 hours, i recommend resubmitting it. i hope that helps! 🙂
