I use DMC and the strings only broke for me when I pull the knots to tight. I suggest you give DMC another try!

some people say that they don't like dmc because its more expensive and breaks. I reccomend using lovimag from amazon because you can buy it in bulk, and its pretty cheap 🙂 its also good quality

I dont really like dmc, even though for me it never breaks. I dont find it that soft, and the 6 strands in it for me are sorta thin. I like using just bulk packs from amazon

I use DMC mouline for most of my bracelets, but it can be expensive when you need a lot so for alpha backgrounds i use DMC Petra yarn! 😊
