Put it in your bio and/or offer prizes like shoutouts, custom patterns, custom profile pics, you make one of their patterns, etc

put it in your bio and maybe talk about it in the chat. you can also see what people with challenges that lots of people join. for example many people are more interested in challenges with rewards of some kind. something like a shoutout in your bio for a month or two may interest more people.
