Making Alpha Patterns

I upload images and tweak them a lot when I make my alphas, so once I’m done what are you supposed to do with the knots section? Is there a certain way I’m supposed to fill that out? It’s already filled out for me and it looks just like my pattern but do I have to change it a certain way or do I just leave it and submit the pattern? If you guys have any alpha pattern writing tips I’d love to hear them too! 🙂

If your pattern looks fine, then you can just submit it if you already tweaked it

In "alpha" you only need to add at least four keywords and click the "share rights" box. For editing your pattern "draw alpha" is more practical. You can also do it in "knots" in "alpha" but that is more complicated and not as user friendly. You can also see the warnings in draw alpha. The warnings you'll get are mostly about colours. If you want to edit your colours "alpha" is the right place for it. |
