at the top of there profile there should be some orange buttons and one of them says add friend

You can search them up by going to the bottom of your screen and press users or if you are on their pattern or see them commenting somewhere you can tap their profile picture and view their profile

if you find the users section, at the top of your screen on the website or towards the bottom of the menu on the app, then you’re able to type in someone’s username. from there you can click their profile and on their profile picture you should see the option to friend them c:
