Helppp my bracelet is too short

So i made a bracelet for my boyfriend and it turned out a bit too short for him. I mean it goes around his wrist but i can't tie it well, it's a bit loose, like a nit a few more centimeters of a thread.can i add the thread somehow to that? or do you have any tips on how to tie it so it's not loose? it was a simple candy stripe/diagonal bracelet.. |

If one side has a loop you could a tier a pair of extra ties to the loop part using a lark's head knot.

I had a similar problem and I found a solution that looked weird but fixed my problem. I has cut the tie to my bracelet my mom bought me in Florida last year too short. I tied a knot at the end of the tie as it was short and I tied another string tightly around the giant knot. The I threaded a button through the string and tied the other tie back around the knot and I glued it in place. Even if you did knot make a loop I’m sure tying an extension string around the end of the tie could help. Otherwise if possible you could add crimp ends in replace of the ties.

You could maybe do like a pura vida bracelet and like cut the end do square knots then do clear nail polish. Then you use the string you used for the square knots as the ties. Hope that helps sorry I'm not good at explaining

Or you could get clasps and do a like chain link-ish bracelet where it clips

I did I larkshead knot idk how to spell it but I did that on the loop of the bracelet 👍 if you don’t know a larkshead know is the kind you do to put base strings/ strings in general on a key ring / keychain thing! Hope this helps
