If you want to give some information to the moderator reviewing your pattern you can do that in the review notes. You can for example reply to a decline message.

If you have something you want to be made clear when your pattern is reviewed, the review notes Is where it should go.

sometimes for example they said you "what is the pattern from?" for example if you make something of your country and the mods don't now what it is you can add a link or explain what the pattern is! ๐
