How do I add my own patterns to the app or do I have to be at a certain rank

You can’t make patterns on the app, only the website

hi! you can only create patterns on the website, not the app. you do not have to be a certain rank to make patterns. to make patterns, go to the website and hover your mouse over your profile pic at the top. select the first option from the drop down menu, "create patterns." then, choose whether you'd like to make a normal or alpha pattern. when you are finished making your pattern, enter in at least 4 keywords, and click the checkmark saying, "this pattern is not copyrighted, or i have permissions to publish it from the original author." then submit the pattern, and wait up to 24 hours for it to be reviewed by a moderator! hope that helps! 🙂 |

Unfortunately, you can't create patterns on the app. The app is more for taking patterns that have already been made with you so you can make them on the go. You can, however, access the website through safari or whatever internet browser your phone uses. The website is braceletbook.com. I believe there are some tutorials in the 'tutorials' section on how to make patterns on the website.

You can only make patterns on the website, but you don't need a specific rank for that. Also, I recommend using a laptop or iPad!

Unfortunately you have it be on the website which I hate doing because I have saved my login so it should just log me in automatically but I have to log in again because it never logs me in. I find it annoying to have to log into the website but hopefully one day there will be an option for on the app.

@catierose to submit a pattern, you scroll down to the bottom of the page on which you are creating your pattern. Then you just click “submit pattern” and that’s it! Hope this helps 🙂

@catierose before submitting you need to add at least 4 keywords that describe the pattern and tick the box that says "share rights". If you are designing an alpha pattern the submit button can only be found on the "alpha" page of the generator. |
