You have to write it out and pm a mod to get the email to send it to.

you have to write it out and try to follow the structure that other tutorials on here follow. then you have to private message a moderator or super moderator to get an email address to send it too. then you email the document to them (with pictures and directions) and they will put it on the site if it’s approved
