Ive just found some on amazon, I think its size three.. but I also found something. The brand is YarnArt and the best crochet thread they have thats about the same size as embroidery floss is their "violet" line. They have sparkly ones and multicolor too. Though they don't sell in the USA, but there's a website called yarnstreet that sells them and other threads too. Shipping isn't too bad as well. Hope this helps

Here’s some multicolor yarn as well. I just ordered some, but I personally haven’t tried it for myself yet. I get size 5 crochet thread in the artiste brand from hobby lobby. I find that size 5 is about the same size
