Once again, I need help. I swear to god every time I make a bracelet I need to post 13 questions before I clear my confusion. Anyway, I'm making pattern #41920 and I am not using gradient thread, and I am not using embroidery thread. I'm using craft cord or whatever it's called and instead of embroidery thread, which has 6 thin pieces of thread twisted together, there are 3. Since it's an odd number, I don't know how to separate them, and I don't know if this is the proper technique in the first place (I'm following Masha's How to make a Teardrop Loop with an Odd Number of Thread, in my case odd number of color). So how do I make a loop, or even triangle ends as this is an uneven pattern? (sorry for the repost, as the titles states, this is urgent an I need to finish the start by tonight 😬

Is the thread much thinner than embroidery floss since it is three strands, or are the three strands thicker than the ones on embroidery floss if that makes sense? Because maybe you could just fold the thread in half and do it? Idk if that makes sense lol, I know how to do that technique but I have never actually tried it

It's around the same thickness, ever so slightly thicker

Not sure if this would work but you would have to separate 2 threads out and follow the tutorial. So after it’s folded over it’ll have 4 threads twisted together. Then, after a few knots, you can cut off one thread so that it’s 3 threads, making it the same thickness as the rest 🙂

Masha said in the tutorial that you still need an overall even number of thread. The vid was for if the colors aren’t symmetrical. Hope this helps!
