Take stretch beaks every 5 / 10 minutes while working on a bracelet, and try not to lean down very much 🙂

Lay on your back while knotting your bracelet on a clipboard or pillow. I don’t like knotting on a desk and chair because my back and neck start hurting quickly. I find it much more comfortable to knot while sitting somewhere comfortable. You don’t have to be lying down completely on your back, but just find a position that’s comfortable for you.

try sitting on the floor and taping your bracelet to a table that's about level with your shoulders or above! it somehow helps a lot, especially when i plan on knotting for hours in one go haha!
