beginner patterns?

Hey I’m like a kinda beginner? I’ve done rag rugs , chevrons, flip flops, candy stripes, vertical wave,etc. anyway I need some good beginner patterns! Any recommendations or tips?

Hey! I think that if you’ve tried all those your basics are pretty good! You should be good to go with both patterns as long as you know how to read them+ segment knot (masha knots has some useful tutorials on YouTube for that). Some easier patterns to start with will be cross, diamonds, arrowheads, and chevron variations like the distorted chevron or half-half chevron. If you’ll like to try alphas just look out for minimal colour switches and lesser base strings in patterns Good luck! ❤️ |

Feel free to look through my loves. They are all patterns I’ve made and since I’m not that advanced in normal patterns, they shouldn’t be too hard.

U should try the braided stitch, diamonds, candy wave, bordered chevron, and a beginner alpha.

#18 is a great pattern to start with as a beginner pattern if you have already made the chevron and candy stripe! It also looks really pretty! I hope you take my suggestion into account and you execute it! Happy knotting!
