Hi All

Just wondering what size keyring claps you tend to use?
I am looking at 3/4inch (20mm) D-ring lobster clasps at the moment

I use the 3/4 inch ones, but if you plan on making bigger keychains, then I would suggest the 1 inch ones. My keyrings fit about 18-20 strings maximum, but I tend to use string that’s a little thicker for the base strings.

I use 1/2 inch ones for 6-10 strings, 3/4 inch for 10-18 strings, and 1-inch ones for 14+ strings. I've seen some 1.5-inch ones and even 2-inch ones somewhere, it's really a personal preference.
