Hi @doogielove! Variation limits exist so people do no overflow a big portion of the website with too many variations of one pattern. The lower of a rank users are, the more the limits apply. This could be useful if you want to learn the website better; because the higher rank you are, the more experience and time you have spent, and the more you have learned about BB. The longer you have been on the site, the more you know what type of content is valuable, and which is not. Users that are new to the site may not be aware of this as much, because they have never used BB before, so this is why users who are Beginners and Advanced levels have more limits. The experience will come with time, and these limits will grow less as they learn more about variations, and rank up. Anyways, I hope I answered your question. Happy knotting! 😄
