I think it's a lot about colour choices. I think older patterns like the candystripe or the chevron are also good because they've been around for quite a while.

Like @halokiwi said, it's a lot about colors. I recommend looking at simpler alphas if that's what you like and choosing retro colors. Colorhunt.com has color palets and you can search for "retro", and some good ones come up. 🙂

* 66600* 65976 * 62589 * 56309 * 54818 * 55982 the first three are older video game related patterns, and the other three are patterns that give off a retro vibe, you can change the colors to make it more or less accurate. it also helps to just search the keyword retro under the patterns section and find more you like. i hope this helps <3 |
