Hi I have started making this pattern and I am currently at the 7th row, i noticed that till the 5th line, the pattern is basically divided into two halves and they are not connected to each other up till the 5th line, at first I thought nothing of it but now that I have made it, it looks like a slight hole in the pattern. How do I fix it? (Chances are that it cannot be fixed at this point but how could I prevent this in future patterns?) i have made alphas before but I haven’t tried out a pattern like this idk could someone help me please

Currently, the only thing you can really do to fix it is finish making the rest of it to at least secure the base strings in place. The flat alpha technique helps prevent holes with patterns like that since all the color switches weave into each other. Masha Knots has a great tutorial on her channel if you haven’t seen it already! Hope this helped!

On bb Idk why they make deferent color chunks be separated but to any alpha I recommend you to use the flat alpha method I hope this helped
