Um, there are a lot of things about this pattern that i want to know. Firstly, how do you make the one that @thildes made? It is really cool and i want to make it. And also how do you make the one that @hjvubgjbg made? It is like a flip flop with knots that look like it is from the front AND back. It is really cool as well. Please tell me. Thxx

are you talking about the mandala flower or the flip flop bracelet? For the flip flop bracelet you do a row of forward knots then flip the bracelet and do another row of forward knots with that string. Then you flip it again use the same string to make one more row of forward knots before going on to the next string and repeating those steps (make a row of forward knots and flip x3) 🙂 theres tutorials for the flip flop bracelet video and written on here if needed.

The knotting of the bracelet with both normal and upside down knots is a little different than described above.You take 6 strings of colour a and 6 strings of colour b. You put the strings in the order aaabbbbbbaaa. With the strings from the outside you knot a regular chevron. Then you flip the bracelet and again take the strings from the outside and make a regular chevron Flip again and make another chevron Don't flip and start again from the first step to do your second colour. So in short: 1st chevron, flip, 2nd chevron, flip, 3 chevron, start again with 1st chevron |

i would love to help but you were not very clear on the pattern number or anything. could you maybe tell me the pattern number? then i can see what you are asking because both of those users have a lot of patterns and photos.
