I recently got 3/4 inch keychains and i was wondering if anyone knows the biggest number of base strings i can use on it or the biggest number of base strings you have used. Thank you!

you could do a shaped start to add even more strings if you need to. Lol I got keychain rings but i don't know the size

@2006_Mandy i am talking about like the d shaped swivel keychains so i wouldnt be able to attach the bracelet to the actual keychain

I use 1 inch keychains and I think 12 would be the limit for those, but since you have ones that are three times the size, maybe multiply 12 by 3?

@SavannaL so i think u read that wrong i have 3/4 inch so its less than an inch and my 1/2 inch keychains have a max of 12 so im not sure what u are saying but someone privatley messaged me saying maybe 15-20

I just got my keychains too! So far, I can comfortably fit fourteen strings, sixteen at most, onto them, but like previously stated, you can also do a shaped start if you need to accommodate for more base strings

I should clarify, 16-14 base strings to knot on, but 7-8 strings once you fold them in half to tie them onto the d ring itself

On 3/4 string I would say 12 individual strings would fit comfortably I have both 3/4 and 1 inch and for 1 inch I feel like 16-18 is the max.
