I would say anything with less than 4 colors so you dont have to switch very much but you kinda have to just try one you like so you dont get bored of it.

This is where the search bar would come in handy!! if you put in type: alpha, strings: 2-15 (for a beginner i would start with like 10 or less) with 4 or less colors. There are plenty of simple designs on this website that fit those categories so they would be a great place to start
