I'm about to finish this FIOS alpha bracelet and it's my first time to make an alpha, how can I end one?

If it's a 2-color, just put your background string alongside your base (letter) strings. Then there are several ways you can do things: if the bracelet's about 10 strings or less, you could just tie a knot and tie it around your wrist with the tails. More than that, make 1 or 2 braids, depending how you started the bracelet. Personally, I start my bracelets with some sort of loop and end them with 2 braids. Hope this helps!!

Also, if you've done normals a lot, you can end an alpha pretty much however you'd end a normal.
