i am not shure if it is possible but I would just ask under the post of the challenge you want to participate normally they answer your question pretty quickly

You can make perlar bead patterns. Mods accept cross stitched patterns, rainbow loom and any bead projects.

ive seen people upload pictures of beaded bracelets using an alpha pattern so i think it would be fine
