Can anyone tell me some different ways to start and end alpha bracelets ( Like triangle ends or crimp ends?)

teardrop loop, stitched loop, ties, double stitched loop, attach it to a keyring/d-ring, or you could do triangle ends.

You can start of with a simple loop or a double loop or you can braid you string to make it Adjustable
