@uni22play you go to the pattern you want to add a photo of. There is an "add photo" button. I think on the app it's just a plus. When you click it you can select a photo to submit. The photo will not immediately appear on the website but will first need to be reviewed by a moderator which is done in less than a day.

@isabellas
You probably are able to add more variations/ patterns at once if I’m not wrong
For your second question, alphas aren’t that difficult to make speaking from my experience. The thing you would want to look out for is a minimal amount of colour switches. So what I would recommend for a starter bracelet would be something with only 2-3 colours and a simple block pattern. Good luck! ❤️

How do I make a pattern and add it on here?

@ColorTeal7
to make a pattern you need to be on the website, not the app. When you hover over your username there's a drop-down menu in which you select "create patterns".

What can I do when I feel the pattern is too short? It only shows a few lines, and I don't know what to do after. This is the one I'm trying to make https://www.braceletbook.com/patterns/normal/8461/

@Carrietta when the strings in a pattern are in a different order in the beginning and the end, once you get to the last row you start in the first row again but you ignore the colours. The strings are now in a different order, but you will still do the exact same knots.

Do we use Transparent manicure to secure the knots? Can I put it on the whole bracelet? Or just the ends? Can someone explain

@Alaa0020 personally I don't use clear nail polish to secure bracelets because the knots are relatively secure. But others do and for some kinds of ends I think you actually need to.
I would not recommend putting it over the whole bracelet because it stiffens the bracelet and might make it scratchy.

hello guys I need help. I made an alpha pattern and im trying to submit for review.... the only button I see is save, which doesn't do anything except refresh the page. I really want to post this pattern and also don't want to lose my progress

@graciegerh you're most likely currently in "draw alpha". There you need to click "safe" and then switch to "alpha". You can only submit patterns in "alpha".

Then you have to add at least four keywords that describe the pattern and click the "share rights" button and then you're good to click "submit".
