i’ve been having trouble with uploading my pictures, whenever i try to it says request entity too large. why is that?

I think if it's a screenshot or something it might be weird? But I've never had that issue on the mobile app.

Maybe if you are taking the photo on one device and uploading it on another the size changes?

Hi, that most likely means that the resolution of the photo is too high. Maybe you can try to take a picture with a lower setting or try to compress the photo so it's a lower resolution. But be careful. The resolution should not be under 1000x1000.Screenshots are most likely not the issue because they tend to lower the resolution, not make it bigger @estellajw |
