Hi guys! Do you guys think I need the straight edges technique on the starburst? Or do you think it’s too big of a pattern to notice

I dont think you wouldn’t need it because the pattern symmetrical on both sides but if you want you can.

i think it really just depends on how even your knotting is. my knotting if fairly even so personally i wouldn't do it. but if you have trouble making even knots i would do that. masha explains in her video that the straight edge technique is really only if the pattern isn't super symmetrical, but since the starburst is symmetrical its not super necessary.

Hello @angeldior! Yes, in my opinion, I do think adding the straight-edges technique would be necessary. I do think this does apply to any other bracelet. But of course, it depends on the knot structure of the pattern, as well as your opinion. Good luck, and happy knotting! 😊

I didn’t!! I did the mini starburst and it turned out perfectly straight. In my opinion I don’t think u will need it
