How to get a photo unloaded?

When I try to get a photo unloaded onto the site, it's a 50/50 chance of it being declined for being too small. What should I do to make it bigger? My camera gets blurry if I get too close, any tips?

a photo being too small doesn’t mean that the picture was taken too far away from the bracelet. it just means that your photo needs to be taken in a bigger resolution. in order to make sure that your photo is taken in a big enough resolution, try not to crop the photo too much and try to submit the photo on the same device that you took it on. for example, if you took the photo on your phone, try to upload the picture on your phone, instead of emailing the photo from one device to another. emailing from your phone to your computer can sometimes lower the quality and size of the photo. hope that helps! 🙂
