Theres always a reason like colors are too similar/dark/light (alpha) normals ur strings probably don't match or colors could be a problem too. It usually says why in the notification

Yeah, I agree. Usually, if it doesn't get submitted, thy pit in back in the place on the website where u can make them so u can fix them
