Hello! I like to crochet and I have a bunch of yarn I was wondering if I could use yarn for base strings or background string on the starburst pattern. 🤔



(the yarn is worsted weight yarn for amigurumi)

Yes,you can, ive made some alphas and a starburst with yarn before. You do need to know that it will be thicker though.

Yeah you can but the bracelet will be bigger then if you didn't. (The knots of yarn are a bit better)

Yes, I use Alize Forever Simli. There are more that go with bracelets, Alize Sal Simli, Alize Forever, Alize Melange and Alize Diva this is all I know that go with bracelets.

if your can’t get Alize forever simli try sheepies yarn i use it as an alternative to black and white strings all the time since it’s cheaper for the amount you get
