I recommend any symmetrical patterns, to be more specific #18, #28024, #45229. But if you want something a little easier as @Groot_baby said chevron patterns are really good for loops.

If you are just starting out making your first one, then you should start with the chevron #2 first! Happy knotting! (Masha knots has a very great video on how to make teardrop loops into a bracelet!)

any pattern with some sort of diamond shape in it looks good. so any kind of chevron or arrowhead would look nice
